Metro Manila — A new year perfect for a hackathon. Impact Hub Manila, announces the return of its annual hackathon that aims to address some of the country’s pressing challenges.
Impact Hackathon Online is back and better than ever this 2021, as it offers three unique phases of the program: learning sessions, virtual impact hackathon, and an incubation program. With over 2,300 participants and a vision of catalyzing impactful digital solutions, Impact Hackathon is designed to decentralize access and opportunities to promote countryside development.
The three-day event is about coding, innovation, and network-building. Participants can choose from seven new verticals to develop the most innovative solution that aims to address the challenge statements provided by vertical partners. The winning teams will receive not only cash prizes but also an incubation program and opportunities to share their vision with the rest of the Philippines. Impact Hackathon Online will run from May to December 2021.
