WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Social Media Management role

  1. Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategies for both the company and its projects, events, and running programs.

  2. Define Key Performance Indicators to ensure success in social media management.

  3. Creation, managing, overseeing, and planning of social media content.

  4. Measure the success of every social media campaign.

  5. Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to ensure proper delivery of every social media campaign.

  6. Stay up to date with the latest social media best case practices and technologies.

  7. Collaborate with other departments and/or external digital marketing resources to ensure proper social media strategy delivery.

  8. Creation of a strong network for the company (and its various projects, programs, and events) via social media channels.

  9. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest plans for better optimization.

  10. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Public Relations role

  1. Create and implement PR plans and strategies.

  2. Be the Point of Contact for all media inquiries.

  3. Ensure that proper media mileage is given to the company and its various projects, programs, and events.

  4. Prepare presentations and other documents for media briefings.

  5. Write press release, media announcements, speeches, and other PR copies.

  6. Build, create, and nurture a media list and develop professional relationships with reporters and other media personnel.

  7. Monitor and analyze effectiveness of PR campaigns and communicate optimization plans to management.

  8. Create and implement a crisis management plan in the event of need.

  9. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  1. Proven working experience in Social Media management and Public Relations.

  2. Excellent written and verbal communication Skills.

  3. Knowledge in copywriting, editing, handling social media and PR campaigns.

  4. Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.

  5. Knowledge of various social media platforms such as but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, Instagram among others.

  6. Strong Organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects.

  7. BS in Marketing, Journalism, Communication or related field.
