WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Business Development and Account Management

  1. Be the point person in coordinating with the internal and external stakeholders for various partnerships and/or partnership opportunities.

  2. Provide necessary support in business development, sales, marketing, and account management.

  3. Develop a process structure for said events, complementing the existing ones and crafting better ways to implement it.

  4. Coordinate with the partners on payment, schedules, logistics and other compliances. When needed, liaise with external stakeholders such as subject matter experts, mentors and other pertinent people.

  5. Meet the financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing and sticking to the budget; scheduling expenditures and initiating corrective actions. The project management specialist is tasked to collect data and regular information from the activities to provide the stakeholder a regular and timely progress reports (narrative and financial).

  6. Partnership curation and creation.

  7. Account Management based on the project and the project partners involved

  8. Coordinate with other functions for proper project delivery. Other functions include, but not limited to, digital marketing, content curation, design, and administration.

  9. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Event Management

  1. Development, production and delivery of events from proposal right up to delivery.

  2. Delivering events on time, within budget that exceeds client and company’s expectations.

  3. Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.

  4. Communicating, maintaining and developing client and supplier relations.

  5. Managing the operational and administrative aspects of events management

  6. Ingress and Egress and ensure that logistics for events are on point.

  7. Ensure content of events are on point.

  8. Be responsible for the events’ budgets and ensure that events stay on budget.

  9. Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related courses.

  2. Preferably with related experience in Project Management, Business Development, and/or Sales fields.

  3. Knowledgeable in Project Management, Events Management, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management.

  4. Preferably has background with the start-up ecosystem.
